We provide a 30-day Money-Back Guarantee. To initiate a cancellation, email us at support@gadgetshieldz.com within 12 hours of order placement if not shipped.

For returns due to installation concerns, email your reasons and, upon confirmation, return the unused package. Refunds incur Rs.100 restocking fee per order and exclude shipping charges.

For wrong product orders, return the package in unused condition, and Rs.75 fee covers initial shipping. Replacement reshipping incurs Rs.150 for laptops, MacBooks, and PlayStations.

Refunds process in 1-2 business days, reflecting in 6-12 days. Cash on delivery orders are non-refundable. For replacements, ship the carefully packed unused product with Rs.75 reshipping fee.
