What payment methods are supported?

We support all Credit / Debit cards, UPI, Net Banking Cash cards, Wallets and many other Options. These payments are processed by our highly secured payment partners PayuMoney and Razorpay.

For International customers, we support all major Credit cards, Debit Cards and other payment options supported by PayPal.

Is COD (Cash on Delivery) available?

COD option is available for delivery to almost all major locations within India. You could check whether COD is available by entering your area Pin code in the product page. If COD is not available for your pin code, there is lot of other payment options which you can use to easily make payment for your order.

Can I offer cheque for the payment in place of cash?

No. COD payments have to be made in cash only.

What currency are your prices listed in?

We ship to almost all countries worldwide and our prices are listed in INR and United States Dollars.

Is it safe to shop on your site?

Yes, as safe as it can get. We DO NOT access or save your credit card details or any other payment information. Your payment information is processed through highly secured PCI DSS certified servers of our payment partners and ensures maximum safety for your payment credentials.

Moreover, this website is secured through a trusted Secured Socket Layer using a modern cipher suite. This ensures that all information you send us via the internet will be encrypted using a 256-bit secure socket layer confirming to TLS 1.2 standards.

What are your shipping options?

For orders shipped within India, we ship through reputed shipping partners like FedEx, Delhivery, Bluedart, DotZot, Professional Couriers and even India Speed Post in some cases. Packages will be delivered within 2-5 business days depending on your shipping address. It might take additional working days to deliver for certain pin codes.

Your package may be sent through any of these couriers based on your pin code, location, and service availability and delivery service quality of our shipping partners in a particular sector. Orders to remote areas, where no courier service is available to the shipping address pin code; will be sent through Speed Post which may take additional 3-4 working days to deliver.

Do you ship internationally and what are the shipping options?

Yes! We ship to almost all countries worldwide. To find out if we ship to your country, proceed to the check out page and use the dropdown menu 'Country' under 'Billing and Shipping address' to see if your country is included.

For international orders, the following shipping methods are available:

Airmail (Delivered within 20-25 Business Days): Standard Airmail shipping with no tracking. Sent through regular postal mail and delivered at your doorstep or PO Box by your local post office.

DHL Packet Standard (Delivered within 10-15 Business Days): This is powered by DHL and delivered at your doorstep by your local post office with very limited tracking.

The tracking might be very limited with only the date of departure from the origin country and/or data of arrival in the destination country.

DHL Packet Plus (Delivered in 10-15 Business Days): Same as DHL Packet Standard but with signature on delivery and end to end tracking.

Signature is required at the time of delivery for all orders shipped through DHL Packet Plus. If nobody is available to sign and receive the package at the time of delivery, it is returned to your nearest local post office for pickup. In case, you have not received your package beyond the stipulated transit time, kindly contact your nearest post office and check if they have your package.

Please note that the delivery period mentioned above are standard transit times for all major and may vary depending on the destination country's customs and postal delivery standards. In some cases, it might additionally take 10 business days due to delays or strict customs clearance in some countries. Please be aware that delays caused by customs are beyond our control.

Do you ship on holidays and weekends?

Gadgetshieldz observe all major Indian Holidays and we do not ship out order on these days. Monday to Saturday are business days. If you place an order on Saturday, your order would be shipped on Monday.

How do I track my package?

For orders shipped within India: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number along with the shipping partner's name. You can track the packages on the respective websites of the shipping partners using the provided tracking number.

For international orders: If your package is shipped using ‘DHL Packet standard’, there is a limited tracking facility available. You can track your package with the tracking number to know the date of shipment and date of delivery. With‘DHL Packet plus’, you get end to end tracking facility and signature on delivery.

Tracking is not available for packages shipped through ‘Airmail’ shipping.

I have still not received my order. What should I do?

All domestic orders within India take 3-10 business days to get delivered. All international orders (outside India) take around 10-25 business days to get delivered.

In most of the cases where an order is being shipped to a company or commercial address, delivery agents are not allowed to hand deliver the packages directly to the consignee or contact person. In such cases check with your courier department/mailroom or security at the entrance who accepts all the packages on behalf of your company.

If your order is being shipped to a residential colony or apartment, check with the security or concierge at the entrance if they have your package.

Also check your order confirmation e-mail to see if your shipping address is accurate. If you notice a mistake, please contact our customer support immediately. It may also be a good idea to contact the respective shipping partner to get the exact status of your package.

All international orders (outside India) take around 10-25 business days to get delivered.
